Planning Application Coordination & Management

Buckmaster Town Planning can coordinate and manage your planning permit application; from just an idea to receiving a planning permit. This may often involve:

  • The preparation of a planning report and coordination of supporting documentation and reports

  • Responding to concerns from Council and objectors

  • Attendance at meetings and community consultations

  • Negotiating outcomes with Council or other parties that preserve your interests

  • Review of Council’s decision
